MOST Energy is looking for self motivated, hard working sales professionals to join our sales team. Primary duties will include assisting the management team in developing sales channels, delivering day to day sales and planning of end to end business development activities. We invest heavily in training and development. Therefore, a positive ‘can do’ attitude is essential. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow and prosper as our business expands.
- Ability to generate and nurture new business opportunities.
- Work on all phases of end to end sales cycle including pre-sales presentation.
- Negotiation contract terms with clients.
- Identify client requirements, analyze and maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop great communications with client’s organization.
- Track potential sales and record each outreach made.
- Produce regular reports as requested by the Sales Manager.
- Formulate short term and long term sales strategies.
- Monitor operations and assist technicians in product installations.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Must have great abilities to close sales/deals.
- Ensure timely payment collection.
- Graduate / Post graduate in Marketing or related streams.
- 2-4 years work experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical sales.
- Expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Regional travel may be necessary.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Self motivated and ability to work in a start-up environment.
- Ability to learn new software applications.
